• If you pay a sum of money in whole or in part & request a refund before the commencement of the first lesson for any reason at all, a full refund would be granted.
• If you have participated in at least one class session, no refund would be given due to the nature of instruction and proprietary methods taught.
• If you pay in whole or in part & does not attend the first lesson or any other lesson for any reason at all no refund would be given.
• In the case of part payment, you would not be permitted to participate in the online class until full payment has been made.
• Course material should not be resold, duplicated, copied or shared in any way (digitally or physically). Such sharing is subject to criminal penalties and terminates all licenses you hold with Toronto Forex Tutor.
• The instructor has the full authority to postpone and/or reschedule a class for any reason at all. In such cases, the next scheduled date would be informed to all participants.

• In the case of full or part payment & you request the refund at least 7 days before the start of the first class, a full refund would be granted.
• After making a payment, if you fail to attend the first class or any other class thereafter for any reason at all, no refund would be given.
• If you make payment & attend the first class, & decide to not attend other classes, no refunds would be given due to the proprietary nature of instructional material.
